We bought a mess of a home with many issues. Flooring was paramount so I reached out to, from what I can tell, the best in the business and was not disappointed. FCI handled everything. No hassle and zero complications. They show up ON TIME and the entire process is quick and easy. The mobile showroom concept is a absolute game changer. And the work itself is stunning. We had this company install both new flooring and carpet throughout our home. At first, there were a few issues due to our subfloors being uneven (not their faults), which caused some spots to not lay quite right. However, they were very responsive and came back out to fix those areas without any hassle. The final result looks great—both the floors and carpet turned out really nice. We appreciate their professionalism and willingness to make sure everything was done right. Cody was there every step of the way and communicating with us on every move, Definitely would recommend!

We bought a house in Jacksonville with older hardwoods that we wanted to have refinished before we moved in. Since we're in a new area, I wasn't sure about companies and recommendations. I found Floor Covering East Texas online, looked at the reviews, and reached out. The entire process was very smooth. I left my information and quickly got a call back from Cody to describe my specific situation and scheduling challenges. Cody was very professional and always maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I needed his team to start on a specific date and end on a specific date. Cody was able to make this work without any complication. The quality of the work is top notch. The floors look brand new. Also, since the actual square footage was not fully known, Cody was very flexible with the terms. Since the square footage came a decent amount under the original estimate, Cody adjusted the cost of the deal by the delta in the square footage. 100% recommend Floor Coverings East Texas without hesitation. Honest, timely, flexible, and great quality work.

Cody White and his team pulled up wood floors and tiles and got our den, kitchen and laundry room tiled in less than 3 full days. Samuel, his tile man, did an excellent job with the tile and grout.
