Muthu from Floor coverings was unbelievable. When I made the request, he visited our house right way on a Sat. He also made many suggestions (to help reduce the cost and make it look better) as he would do to a friend. Throughout the project he kept me informed, and sent me photos of the progress. We did have hiccups but he was gracious to resolve it right away to get the project going and was very transparent. Overall, highly satisfied with the look, cost, and customer service.

I will definitely use this company again! For a gal on the go with little experience, I needed ease for a refresh on my rental condo. No over explanation or hoops to jump. They were so easy to work with -- I had researched Home Depot, Lowe's and other options but all seemed like too much "work". I just wanted someone to come in, make a decision, and get it done. The Floor Coverings team was quick, efficient and worked to make sure I had the best possible service and installation. They arrived on time, moved my furniture, flattened spots that needed it, and actually installed directly over the old to add additional cushion and noise buffering in my old 1970's condo. Done in one day with furniture right back where it was before! Wow! Muthu and his wife were very kind in meeting with me between busy schedules, and quoting fairly. They are so peaceful and calm. Like having a little spa treatment for mind and floor. The refreshed space looks great and will hold up for years!

Muthu and Annam are a joy to work with. They listen to your needs and make recommendations that meet your expectations. I shopped three companies to do this work. Muthu and Annam quoted a price that I could not refuse. The installation was excellent although it took a long day to get two rooms done (I understand the second installer was pulled for another job - a minor inconvenience). We are thrilled with the floors and will keep Muthu and Annam on the short list for our next project.

I am very pleased with my new floors! I had my bedrooms replaced last November (2024) and decided the whole house needed to be redone. Muthu and Annam came to my house and were just so pleasant to talk and work with. They already knew what type of flooring I needed since I had the same in the bedrooms. They helped me with pricing as a return customer. The flooring installers they had do the work did a great job! They removed all the old engineered hardwood (seen in one of the pics), prepped the floors, and then installed the next day. They put in two long days of laborious work! I love my floors! Definitely recommend FCI if you're getting quotes for new floors.

Overall great experience! They did the entire upstairs vinyl flooring in just one day, and our stairs the second day. Muthu and their team went straight to work and managed to get our flooring request incredibly fast. Would recommend if you’re in the south Austin area!

We are very happy with our new carpet and overall experience! Muthu and Annam came to our home and did the measurements, pulled out products for us to look at and gave us a quote right then. They were very kind and respectful of our home and really just a pleasure to work with. Also they were very responsive with my questions that I had and ordered the product right away. I needed to change the date for delivery and they were flexible with me. The carpet feels great and the padding that we went with is also great quality. The price was very fair and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
