Mr. & Ms. Annamalai and Lee were not only pleasant to work with but their customer service was impeccable. The installation team communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered outstanding results that were second to none, and did I say the floors look absolutely amazing!!! It’s truly rare to find a company that has high standards with attention to details and outstanding customer service. 10/10 experience! I had a kitchen leak and needed to replace all my floors, cabinets, and more. After visiting multiple flooring stores and speaking with several contractors, I was overwhelmed trying to figure out what to choose and who to trust. Muthu and his wife came to my home with a wide range of floor samples and made the decision so easy. They were kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I knew right away I wanted to work with them. From start to finish, they made the process effortless. I’m absolutely OBSESSED with my new floors! They also connected me with a general manager (Lee) and cabinet contractor (DS Woodworks), who I’ve been using to finalize my kitchen. It’s hard to find contractors who deliver both quality work and great service, but this team truly does. I only wish I had found them sooner. So grateful for Floor Coverings!

The process was fairly quick and easy, there was no pressure, they worked within our budget, and, in the end, they did an amazing job with the installation.
