Jason is an amazing representative of Floor Coverings International. He’s very informative and Listened to what I wanted and showed me the right samples. He stayed on budget and never tried to over sell, but simply to educate about all of the products available. I love the computer analysis that allows you to see A photo of your flooring in your actual Room. He politely stayed in touch until we were ready to make our purchase and do the installation and was always attentive and very helpful! Shopping in the convenience of your home is so much better than going to any store.! I highly recommend Jason and the quality of products from Flooring International products.

Jason arrived right on time for our appointment, and then took the time listening to all our concerns about the current carpeting and tile in our house. He took a lot of notes, and photos, and made some good recommendations to us on what might work in our home. I never felt rushed in the process, or pushed to buy anything other than what we really wanted. The overall process and the follow-ups were all very smooth and he pointed out several things for aesthetics we did not think about on our own. I appreciated theT he could install a new highly water resistant carpeting, that I had had not seen before, but I am going to purchase it for my kids room where most of the water spills happen. Jason and his team made this a hassle free experience overall. His company is way more customer focused than what I have experienced in the past, and with very good pricing as well.

I needed 24 large format cracked tiles replaced. I supplied the tiles and grout. I had 3 quotes and although they were within pennies of the low quote, Floor Coverings International were the only company to respond and communicate with me as if this was a much larger job. Both their sales and craftsmen were very professional. Zach kept me informed about schedule, crew status and followed up after job completion. Duane, the crew chief, was an excellent craftsman. The quality of their Work was top notch....impossible to tell which tiles were replaced. He also took extra precautions to protect cabinets and baseboards, control dust and efficiently use my spare tiles to ensure as many left over tiles as possible. They did an excellent job cleaning up and left my house as they found it. I give these guys a strong recommendation and would absolutely use them again. Thank You Floor Coverings International!!!!!
