Linda was great to work with at Floor Coverings International. I gave her a short timeline and her and team made it happen! She listened to what I wanted and provided insight into what could work in the space I had. She brought out multiple samples and was willing to find the right one for me. Not only did I get great carpet, but was able to stay within my budget. I definitely would work with them again!

Needed to replace our old and warped vinyl flooring in the basement. We called 3 different installers. Frank from Floor Coverings International was the first person we spoke to, and he knocked it out of the park! No nonsense, no pressure, willing to hear what you want as well as make a variety of suggestions in different price ranges. We were pleasantly surprised with the estimate as well, so between that and our trust in Frank we went with him. Day of install went smoothly. Fabio was excellent and efficient. He mentioned two minor concerns (that we already knew about) just to make sure we were ok with proceeding. I appreciated his honesty. The job was done in 3 hours! They also left the house spotless, which hasn't always been the case with previous contractors. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for new flooring and we will use them again for our next project!

These reviews are what solidified our decision to hire Vince and his team. We interviewed 5 other installers and he was the obvious choice. He had all the right answers we were looking for and he held to them. It only took his team a week to tile our 1300 sq. foot space and they did a phenomenal job! If we ever need flooring done in the future, Vince is our guy.

We recently used Flooring Coverings International for engineered hardwood floors in my home office, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, competent, and professional—Dave, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and used his expertise to help us narrow down what we wanted; Abby, in the office, kept me in the loop at every step and was always a delight to talk to; and the installers, Glen and Art, were hard working and got the job done in less time than expected. The end result looks beautiful, and the process was stress-free. I would absolutely recommend FCI to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding service!

This experience was outstanding!!! We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in 3 rooms. Austin helped us pick out the product. John and Austin came out to answer some questions. The work was quick and professional. Rick and Ilyiah and John worked very hard to install the flooring. The rooms are so improved. They all deserve a round of applause. We couldn’t be happier! Robin and his team with Floor Coverings international were fantastic! Great attention to detail and great communication through the whole process. Robin is super detailed and was very thorough in explaining the process to us as well as various flooring options and what would/would not work for our situation. We were moving from out of town and had a TIGHT timeline. Robin and Jeff worked to get it done on time as promised but also did not do a rushed job! The floors turned out incredible! Would definitely recommend them!
