We had such a great experience with Floor Coverings International! From the very first visit, Chris and his team were friendly, professional, and super easy to work with. Chris brought over a ton of flooring samples and really helped us figure out what would look best in our space. He took the time to explain our options and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Katie kept everything on track and got us scheduled quickly, which was a huge help since we were on a bit of a timeline. The installation team was awesome, they worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything looked good before they left. We had a couple of small follow-up items, and they came back right away and took care of them without any hassle. Our floors turned out beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. You can tell this team really cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for new flooring!

Chris and Katie went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process of picking out my new flooring. They came to my house with all of the samples which made picking out what I wanted so easy and convenient. They were also on site and checking in with me at each step of the installation. Highly recommend this team for any flooring needs!

Chris, Katie and the whole team at Floor Coverings International did a wonderful job! The floors are beautiful! I knew we were in good hands when Chris said before the tear up began, " There are going to be issues, but I promise we will take care of every single one of them." Do not hesitate to call this company. I called right at 5 pm and didn’t leave a message, I was going to call the next day but Chris called me back 10 minutes later from my caller ID. Gave me a quote the next day and I had my floor done a week later. I had ordered my flooring. The cost was much lower than other companies. Workmanship and professionalism are gold star. We needed to replace the flooring in our vacation condo due to moisture/water issues. After talking with some other companies, we contacted Chris and we are very glad we did! From the first phone call we made to him, he was responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable, especially about the moisture issues under units such as ours. We told him we were under a time constraint to get this done before our vacation rental season began in April and he took that very seriously. He came over within the next several days and brought samples of products that he thought would work well for us and lots of color samples, taking the time to make sure we were completely happy with the product and color choice. He promptly called the next day with the price, which he explained thoroughly as we anticipated needing some subfloor replacement also. Katie then worked to get us on the schedule and within 2 weeks we had our beautiful new flooring installed. The installation team was top notch also. We had a couple of minor issues after they left; we contacted Chris and the team was back the next day cheerfully taking care of them. We also were impressed with the way Chris checked in during the installation process. We want to thank Chris and his team for an exceptional job; they exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell they really care about their customers. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

We just moved to Sun City on Friday March 7th and I wanted to replace the carpets in 2 bedrooms. Saturday 3/8, I filled out a form online to get a quote and as soon as I pressed enter my phone rang. Chris called me and we were able to setup an apt for Monday at 11:30. Chris arrived on time and had brought several samples with him. The carpets were installed on Friday, and they look beautiful. Katie came out to check the work after the installers had finished. They did an excellent job. What a professional team from start to finish. Awesome experience and would highly recommend,

I couldn’t be more thrilled to share the experience I had working with Chris and Katie and Elwin at Floor Covering International Company! I bought a house in Sun City that needed to be updated. I researched a bunch of vendors, and Chris was one who kept following up and was very attentive to my needs. We did this all via long distance as I was still in CT! He and the team were extremely professional, very committed to details and excellent customer service. I love the Luxury Vinyl Plank floor that Chris recommended. And the installation process was sooooo incredibly easy and smooth! Katie was there every step of the way overseeing the project. I had my entire house redone with these floors, and it was worth every dime! Thank you, Chris, Katie, & Elwin! ( Below are before-during-and-after pictures. What a huge difference!)
