Floor Coverings International did an incredible job with the floorings. The kitchen floor looks amazing and installed all new carpet upstairs and downstairs. It is very high quality work and professionalism. It is better to get quality especially when selling your home.

I had FCI install tile in my master bathroom. The gentlemen that was sent to my home was polite, professional, thorough, and very respectful of my home. When he was finished, he left my bathroom absolutely spotless. The owner, Rob, came to my house personally to take the measurements and gave me a quote on the spot. He came after the job was done to Q.A. the work his employees had done. When the time comes to do the rest of the house, FCI will be the only choice for me. In a time where attitudes and divisiveness seem to be the rule of the day, Rob and his crew take the high road place customer service at the top of the list.

The new floor looks great. The only problem is with baseboards placement. In order to remove the old floor baseboards were removed, new floor placed, and then old baseboards placed back. The old baseboards were not placed exactly like how they were before, creating gaps between baseboards and floors. Apart from this minor optics issue, the rest was fine. Make sure baseboards are painted again after floor installation.

Highly recommend. Rob and Nora provided exceptional customer service when a problem with the Bella manufactured LVP I had them install back in 2021 came up. They followed up with Bella regarding their degrading product, and jumped through all their hoops, and when Bella still didnt want to honor their warranty, Rob and Nora honored it, and got me very nice Shaw LVP installed. This kind of service is rare these days, so I'd go with Rob and his team for flooring needs.

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International and would definitely recommend them. From the beginning to the end of the project, everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. I love my new kitchen floor and look forward to hiring them again to tile my outside entryway.
