We got a couple of quotes to install some basement stair carpet. FCI was slightly cheaper but we were impressed with Tim and wanted to give him a chance. We were very happy with the results. The work was carried out in a timely manner, the carpet installers were very professional and friendly and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend Tim and his team.

Tim visited my home to assess what needed to be done in regards to installing hardwoods in one bedroom. He listened to my concerns and questions and had solutions to any issues I posed. We discussed matching the hardwood in the hallway as well as talking about the pros and cons of painting the room before or after the installation of the flooring. (I assumed painting HAD to be done before new floors were in.) Tim had samples with him, which meant I did not have to go to a showroom to choose the product I needed. He helped me pick the flooring to match. The finished project turned out to be a perfect replica. They are beautiful! Tim's crew did an excellent job in every way. I was surprised that they took off all the freshly painted molding and then replaced it perfectly once they were finished installing the flooring. The area between the hallway and bedroom is now seamless! Working with Tim was a pleasure because he was respectful, knowledgeable, and communicative. I would definitely not hesitate to call Floor Coverings International of Coastal Rhode Island if you need any type of flooring.

From start to finish, the process was pleasant, easy and provided exactly the outcome I had hoped for. Tim arrived with samples and answered all my questions. His knowledge and professionalism helped me sort through the many alternatives and make a decision in which I felt confident. Derek and Jay did a beautiful job with the installation. They were marvelously efficient and thoughtful. They met unforeseen challenges, left the job site immaculate and were a pleasure to have around. This was a one stop shopping experience that I highly recommend!
