What an amazing job! They went above and beyond to fix what our builders messed up. They moved a vent so we could properly service it, the workers were professional and courteous. They added work to their scope just because they wanted to protect their quality of workmanship. The end result was absolutely beautiful!! On top of that, the customer service and scheduling was all top notch!! Couldn’t possibly be more satisfied and will definitely be using them in the future!

The staff was courteous and very competent. They moved our personal items on our basement floor before they started applying the flooring. They worked hard to complete our project in a timely manner. When completed they moved our items back where they were located originally. The floor is beautiful and adds value to our home. Also a management team member and the owner came out to our home to meet us and evaluate the completed work of their staff. Very impressive personal touch! We strongly endorse and recommend FCI!

Absolutely amazing service across the board. Evan was just incredible quoting the job and doing the follow-up handling the materials for us made this addition to our house so much easier than we anticipated. His people skills are amazing and he's a pretty great person in general. Installation crew was astounding, they were so fast. Jefferson was very very thorough and I could not recommend them highly enough to anybody else looking to have a really good long-term floor put in.

Was referred to Evan for some flooring on our new home. Evan came in, gave competitive pricing for the option we wanted and we got it set. Evan's installers were polite and professional and got the job done incredibly quick. We are 100% satisfied with the flooring product and the entire business transaction. If we ever need floor needs again, we will use FCI !

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend using this flooring company unless you want damage to your house. Every room they were in has a significant piece of damage. For example: they broke our gas line to our range causing a gas leak, broke the door in our bathroom, dented our brand new washing machine, and ripped a permanent fixture cabinet off our wall causing a pipe to be knocked off and water to leak all over. Trash was left all over our lawn and driveway from the crew. From the beginning we dealt with the owner, Evan, however he is always late when he says he is going to be somewhere, as if he doesn't value your time. Response for owner's reply: ** Photos were sent of the damage directly to the owner prior to review on google and the email has still not been answered and that was on 7/19/25. Not sure why you need more then pictures since you are not a plumber and would not be trusted or qualified to look at a gas line when a professional company has already come to fix it. Take your money elsewhere or you'll be paying to clean up the mistakes of these "professionals".

Recently, I had a floor in my home that was in need of repairs. First off, I would like to mention Beards and Builds LLC for replacing the subfloor, which was an excellent job and recommended by Evan from Floor Coverings International who then installed the top flooring which turned out beautiful.
