Rob came out an measured, no charge, and gave an extremely professional and informative presentation and provided detailed estimate. I was super impressed. He came out a second time when I asked to see the samples again. Unfortunately, the price for the living room, dining room and hallway (CoreTec Ferndown Oak) was a $2K higher than the local company I ended up hiring.

Both Dan and Liz are very knowledgeable and professional. They were both patient with us and answered all our questions as we moved through the process. They were able to find the product we wanted and schedule our job in a timely manner, which we greatly appreciated, given our home was torn up because of a leak. Dan, Liz, and their team were great to work with. They made great recommendations and helped in educating us about different styles of flooring and carpet. Their install team was very nice, respectful, quick, and clean. We will be using them again for projects in the future.

The process start to finish with Liz and team was seamless. Liz is incredibly knowledgeable and will spend time so you pick out the floors that you will love in your space. We are so pleased with how our floors look and would definitely use Floor Coverings International again!!
