We are repeat customers as Dan and his crew came to our new home about 2 years ago to refinish our original hardwood floors. We were so pleased with the service that we asked them to come out and give us a quote to do install LVP to match our other floors as best as possible in our second living room, which was originally carpeted. We got to utilize their mobile show room to pick the best floor, and Dan worked with our budget since we are typical DIYers. We decided to rip up the carpet ourselves, so the crew came in and installed the new LVP very quickly. It looks great and we are very pleased with the result and how fast the process was from beginning to end! We will always highly recommend Dan, Liz, and FCI!

From the very beginning, our project with Floor Coverings International was an absolute delight! We initially called Rob over to assist us with measurements, provide guidance on various options that catered to our specific needs, and even itemize the different floors and rooms for us since we weren’t entirely sure which sections of the home we wanted to cover. Rob took the time to explain the various types of flooring and highlighted those that he recommended based on our household’s unique needs, considering the presence of dogs and toddlers who frequently run around with toys. After carefully considering our options, we made a selection, and to our satisfaction, our install date was scheduled within less than three weeks, which was an exceptional turnaround time. What truly impressed me was Rob’s commitment to ensuring a smooth installation process. On the day of the install, he arrived with his team to ensure that we were all on the same page. Even in a situation where they discovered that my fireplace area was slightly higher than the new flooring, they promptly found a solution that looked fantastic and was executed flawlessly. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the installation. It was an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend their services.

Dan and the whole team were not only very friendly, knowledgeable and professional but they were all perfectionists. The floor turned out absolutely gorgeous. They were amazing to work with and gave us great design suggestions and detail. Can’t say enough about them; two thumbs. up 10 out of 10.
