They are exceptionally easy to work with, professional, and really care about delivering a great experience. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values both quality and customer service. They were all so polite and hard working. They made friends with the dog, and made sure that we were all comfortable, while they were working. I have no complaints. Also, the floors are beautiful.

They showed up to our house with the mobile showroom, walked us through the entire process, checked in regularly, were very thorugh and we ended up with a beautiful new lvp floor. The price for the quality of work is fair in my opinion. They even repaired our damaged subfloor and communicated from A to Z. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Auston was absolutely great to manage the project. I've had other floor companies quote insane prices with not nearly as good of knowledge. I am impressed, and very happy. Customer service isn't dead, it's just hiding at this gem of a company.

Carpet pattern is the most beautiful I've ever seen and I was thrilled I was able to put it in my house. When Katy came to the house, we went through them all and she wowed me with what I picked. Katy was really good and patient with me. I really enjoyed the installer Dan explaining the process and how it all is installed. Timing and communication was clear and was helpful when I had questions.
