I really did enjoy working with this company. The mobile showroom, bringing the samples into my home and allowing me to see each of the carpet options, is a terrific idea. I learned a bit about the process of preparing stair runners, and it is not terribly lengthy but it does require some time, so carpet installation is not immediate and that's ok. They worked with me to schedule, and overall I would happily recommend this business. The carpet is extremely beautiful, comfortable, and well installed. The only reason this is not a five-star experience was the miscommunication about the length of time required for three sets of stairs, although they were extremely prompt with offering a follow-up. The installer himself was good at putting in carpet, which is what you want, but he could work a little on his professionalism. He stripped the existing carpet which of course exposed dust, and only made a very cursory attempt to clean the stairs with an equally dirty broom. He installed without wearing shoe covers despite walking through my muddy yard, and then when finished my home was covered in dust and fiber. Both times, he did not vacuum. That's literally the only reason I am giving this four stars. This company will provide prompt service and again, the finished product is gorgeous and well done. My feedback is maybe just dropping a little cash on shoe covers and a portable dustbuster from Amazon to enhance the installation experience. Thank you so much again. I will definitely use you for all future carpet needs.

Exceptional fast customer service with Eric and his team from start to finish including the financing process. Highly recommend and more rooms to be completed in the near future.

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International Southeast Dayton! They replaced my flooring after a manufacturer defect in the previous installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. They made the whole process easy, and the new floors look amazing. The installers were on time, paid attention to the details, and cleaned up everything when they were done.
