What a fantastic job! Brandon, the salesman, was so responsive to my needs and informative, too. Nick, the production manager, was on top of his game in scheduling all the things I wanted done. His crews were magnificent! Nick, the guy who built my stairs, gave them the most gorgeous front profile and the landing was great, too. But Dan and his aid really were the shining star on the beautiful wood stain. Al and his aid laid carpet in my 3 bedrooms and I couldn't believe happier. They were done by noon! I will sing the praises of this company to whoever will listen. Stellar job, Stellar work ethic!

They sent a sales person out with samples ask us want we wanted and from there he helped us pick out flooring we would be happy with! We are extremely happy with the turnout! Joe and Jarrod were very professional and did fantastic work we can’t thank them enough!!!

We have been working with Floor Coverings International, Cleveland South location on our flooring project. We are installing ourselves and have relied on Brandon and Nick for help along the way. Both have been outstanding so far and we look forward to our finished project. Would strongly recommend FCI, and Brandon specifically, based on our experience thus far.

I am so happy with my LVT floor. The installer, Daniel did a great job. He was very polite & considerate. I had tile removed along with carpet. It was a huge job! They were done in 2 days. I highly recommend this company if you're thinking of having new floors.

Floor coverings did a fantastic job with getting our basement re-carpeted after a flood. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Working with John was a pleasure. They were professional and timely. Definitely will work with them again in the future.

Wow! Brandon, Nick and their crew of experts were 2nd to none in my opinion when it came to getting my new floors installed. The prices were comparable, the timing was workable, and the finish was incredible. I love my new floors. I would give beautiful pictures but I have kids and it’s already a mess. lol. Thank you guys!
