Dave and Ali are the type of sales people you want to work with when making this type of purchase. I chose them because they stayed involved during the entire process and had great follow up, I’m very pleased with the results - the carpeting looks great throughout my home. I highly recommend this company.

Sales and scheduling were good, and price was reasonable for 1600 sq ft of LVT. However, the crew doing the install was awful. They treated my home like a garbage dump. Trash left throughout, didn’t bother to sweep up or clean the floors, left the cutting waste on my patio, left doors and windows open after leaving, left baseboards outside, left a mess in the bathroom. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY!! Get better installers who actually respect others property.

My daughter, Makenzie, told me they tried to give a price that was way higher than anyone else had given. She didn’t want to say anything online, but I can’t help but leave a review for a company that tried to take advantage of her. She had the work done by another company at a fraction of the price. They were very pushy and kept hounding her after she said no. When I called into the office to talk about her experience, the person I talked to seemed frazzled and all over the place and hung up the phone. Not a good experience at all. In response to the owner, this is the location if it's the one in Middleburg Heights. She goes by both her first name and middle name of Reese. Either way, she had a bad experience and the guy that I talked to really didn't have any time for me. He seemed more interested in other things.

This company provides excellent service. It took us 6 months to finally decide on a type and pattern of flooring tiles and the company was very patient and supplied us with numerous samples to compare in our home. When we finally had made a choice, the special order tiles arrived within a week and it took only 2 days to install. We highly recommend this company. If you need a flooring job done, they will provide you with high quality materials and service.

The pre meeting to discuss what we wanted was great. They were very detailed and explained how the install would take place. Very customer friendly and committed to getting the job done the right way. Management was always transparent about what was happening and why. Communication lines were open. Management stopped by several times to check on both jobs. The workers were great and did awesome work. Very efficient with time and taking care of our furniture etc. proud of you all. Keep up the good work. I would recommend this flooring company or at least just meet with management before you would go somewhere else. Well done! John and Maureen Crawford
