The initial process was easy and professional. The installation was a different story. Unfortunately, I had to request that the installers fix some damage. They cracked the drywall and attempted to correct it with screws. I had to ask them to fill it in and fix the baseboards that were put back on that were not aligned. One baseboard is still not aligned because the installer said the baseboard was too long. The baseboard is now cracked towards the top and looks like he attempted to make it look less unaligned. I asked that he fill in the nail marks from reinstalling and damage to the baseboards and the areas under the corners of the baseboards. The subfloor showed under the doorframe and was well beyond the 1/4 inch standard for expansion. When I explained my concerns about the gaps and that water will get trapped, I was told it is necessary when the floor expands. However, the gap was 2 inches by 2 inches. I had to get down on the floor and show them. Besides the baseboards, gaps, and damage to the walls and finish work, the floor looks good, and the planks and transitions stay in place.

I can’t say enough good things about Floor Coverings. It started with a visit from Travis Wilson. Travis was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was always available to answer any questions I might have. They took out our tile and carpet and installed lpv throughout our entire home in 3 days. They moved our furniture and even cleaned our house when they were done. They did an excellent job! We couldn’t be happier! Call and ask for Travis. He and and Floor Coverings Int are first rate all the way!

They did a great job installing tile for my bathroom. Mark did the consultation with me and talked me through everything, and answered and questions I had. It came out beautiful. Would recommend them for anyone needing new tile!

Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job installing my LVP flooring back in 2023—it turned out great and has held up beautifully. Because of that positive experience, I recently reached out to them again for more flooring throughout my home. We had an amazing experience with Mark! From the very beginning he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and respectful. Even to a point where my husband is in the military and was out of town and he reassured me he was more than happy to reschedule to when he would be there so I was comfortable. He made it a point to check in regularly to ensure we understood every step of the process and were taken care of through the entire thing. Mark definitely treated us like we were valued customers instead of just another sale. We were super happy with our overall experience with him. Super professional and had a personal touch. First thing in the morning after the install he even called to check in on how we felt about the carpet!

The team completed the flooring work in a quality manner, the team was efficient, excellent in cleaning up after themselves. The stairs were complicated and detailed, but done excellently.
