We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International Southeast Las Vegas. Janie and her team were extremely communicative and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They completed the project on time, and both the main and installation teams were kind, respectful, and professional throughout. A special shoutout to Felipe, who led the installation team—he and his crew were fantastic, hardworking, and very respectful of our space. We especially appreciated their trustworthiness—they even stayed overnight at our facility to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner. After the installation, they followed up with us to handle final touches and to make sure we were completely satisfied. Their customer service truly stood out. Janie and her team also went above and beyond to help us select the perfect flooring color (peppercorn) to match our clinic’s look, which we love. It was time for our home to get new carpet in 3 bedrooms. We went to FCI, Floor Coverings International in Henderson NV. We were treated with care and the owners desire to give us excellent advice for our carpet needs. We found our carpet that we loved in less than 30 minutes, and they have a large selection to choose from. Janie (one of the owners) scheduled an appointment at our home to verify the amount of carpet we needed and also, to let us walk on the padding and carpet in our home just to make sure we are still loving it. And also to see how the carpet would look in our home, with the lighting and sunshine. Kevin the installer called as soon as the carpet arrived in Henderson…..(it came from Georgia, which only took a week to get); and then scheduled our installation. We had a team of 3 installers, come out at 8:30 and they were done before 12:00. Best workers I have seen. They stayed focus on laying our carpet. And cleaned up and took with them our old carpet and padding. I am really impressed on this company. I know they will serve all of Henderson professionally and with a smile. You won’t go wrong using FCI. Not only did they help us with our carpet, the price was exactly spot on. Thank you again Janie and Kevin and the workers who laid our carpet. 😊

They had me from hello. When I first started out seeking flooring options, many companies came to mind Lowe’s, Floor & Decor, LL flooring…However, this company had the most five star reviews; And it made me curious so I called. I was greeted right away, no answering service, press one for this two for that, it was undivided attention by the lady who answered the phone. She was kind, friendly, personable, not pushy and super easy to work with. I scheduled for a free in-home consult and I was amazed at how easy the process was. From the comfort of my home, she brought the floor room to me with many options and samples, immediate pricing, quotes, etc. I truly was so impressed. I never even got a second opinion or estimate. They worked with my schedule. I had zero issues with the work installed as a matter of fact the installers worked Tirelessly and hard. Everyone I encountered with the company was friendly and easy-going. I appreciate and love the job they did. I have zero complaints. I would give him six stars if I could.

My wife and I recently moved to Las Vegas and we decided that the carpet on the second floor of our home needed to be replaced. We really didn’t know anything about the flooring companies in the Vegas area so we did a lot of research and were impressed by the highly rated reviews received by Floor Coverings International Southeast Las Vegas (2654 W Horizon Ridge Parkway). After doing business with them we understand why they’re so highly regarded and we completely agree. Everyone we interacted with at FCI from Janie (the owner), to Kevin (Field Manager), to Camryn (Office Manager), to Omar (Lead Installer) was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Each of them was a delight to work with. They have a very large selection of products of different types to choose from. This in itself can be intimidating when trying to make a decision. They patiently led us through the process of selecting the right product for our needs and explained when the work would be scheduled, how long it would take to do the job and what to expect from them. They delivered according to their word. The work was done exactly as it promised. After the job was complete they followed up and took care of a couple of odds and ends as promised such as replacing a piece of baseboard and addressing a small area near the stair casing that was awkward to get to. After this follow up Janie, the owner, even asked to come out to do a final walkthrough with us. We’re very pleased with the way the floor turned out. It looks and feels great. We’d definitely recommend them to family and friends. It was really refreshing to do business with this company.

Janie and her team were amazing. She made the whole process easy and comfortable and we love the way our new flooring turned out.
