After a water leak destroyed much of the flooring in my home, it was a pleasure to work with Joyce and her team who replaced it all in just one day! Everyone was polite, professional, and skilled at what they do. Joyce even stopped by on her out-of-town to make sure everything was set and ready to go before she left. There was no mess for me to clean up after the job was completed, just neatly installed laminate flooring and new carpeting. It was wonderful!

Floor Coverings International in Reno has one of the best customer service in the flooring industry! Joyce was easy to talk to and easy to work with. She’s friendly and very professional who is knowledgeable about all types of flooring. She also has an amazing crew that was able to complete the project earlier than scheduled! I’m very pleased with the installers Julian & Omar. I will definitely recommend FCI and will call Joyce on any future flooring jobs. I am so pleased and happy with the end result! Thank you so much!

My wife and I had such a positive experience working with Joyce at Floor Coverings International. From our very first meeting, she was incredibly thoughtful and helped us get our flooring project started on the right foot. Joyce was very professional and made a real effort to work with our budget, presenting us with multiple options to try and meet us on price. Although we ultimately went with a different company for our installation this past June, we truly appreciated the outstanding customer service she provided throughout the entire process. In addition to installing wood floors in the major living spaces and hallway, and carpet in the master bedroom and closet, Joyce coordinated tiling the bathroom and renovating our fireplace. I could not be more pleased with the results!

Bear and his staff were great to work with. I had two bedrooms with carpet removed and LVP installed with baseboards in one day! I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional work done in a timely manner.
