Elizabeth and her team were exceptional. Our basement had flooded and she was there the same day as the remediation company! She measured and guided us to the perfect carpet for our basement, taking into account how we use it (for kids and pets). Her staff are top notch and go the extra mile. My only regret is that I don’t have a bigger house with more floors for her to cover!

I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International of Toms River! From the very first consultation to the final installation, everything was smooth and professional. Elizabeth, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the entire process. She brought flooring samples right to our home, which made it so much easier to choose what worked best with our space and lighting. The installation team was on time, respectful of our home, and completed the job with great attention to detail. “I had a very small repair (stretching carpet in 1 bedroom), contacted Floor Covering International and was treated like I had a major new flooring installation. They are courteous, knowledge and professional. I met with the owner, she came out to assess the job, 3 days later job was completed. The service provided by the installers was phenomenal, they noticed that another bedroom had a small area that needed to be stretched as well, they repaired it without charge. Definitely a 5 star rating from me!”
