This has been the most easy project I have ever done in my house Elizabeth and her staff are fabulous. My floors look wonderful. They keep you advised every step of the way. I had a fantastic experience working with Elizabeth to replace our basement floors. She stopped in for an in-home consultation, took measurements of the space, brought samples and even displayed our top picks in a real room rendering so we could see how everything would look. She took her time and ensured we were happy from start to finish. Elizabeth and her team were exceptional. Our basement had flooded and she was there the same day as the remediation company! She measured and guided us to the perfect carpet for our basement, taking into account how we use it (for kids and pets). Her staff are top notch and go the extra mile. My only regret is that I don’t have a bigger house with more floors for her to cover!
