Floor covering Intl did my 3 story home at Montclair NJ, both front and back stair carpet. My experience, in one word - wonderful. Alan the representative came did the estimate, he measured each every step of the stairs very carefully, it was over 90 degrees but Alan spent over 1 hour measured exactly with the heat. The measurements are so good just enough to finish the project with not much waste. Quality of carpet installed is excellent, Alan checked in person at the end of the installation to ensure the quality and the completion. Time wise, the installation happens very next day after carpet ordered arrived. Highly recommended Alan and Floor Covering Intl.

I reached out to FCI for an install and refinish job at our new house. Alan was great during the entire pre-sales experience; came out to the house to do measurements, gave me all the time I needed to ask questions, was very responsive over iMessage and email, and pricing was competitive. Unfortunately we couldn't make the timing work between his contractors' availability and when we needed the work completed by for our move in day, but the entire experience dealing with Alan was great. I'll be back when we're ready to do runners and floor coverings!
