We became aware of this company through a home show. They answered our questions and said that they would send someone to evaluate our floors. The rep (Rob) examined the rooms that we were interested in and made several recommendations. We ended up ordering laminate flooring for three bedrooms and the hallway upstairs. The installers came and did the job in one day as promised. We were very happy with the process from start to finish.

We had a fantastic experience with our carpet installation! The workers did an amazing job — they moved large furniture with ease and worked incredibly fast, finishing everything within just a couple of hours. The inseam to the closet was seamless and barely noticeable, which really impressed us. Alan was also great to work with from start to finish. He came to our home with a wide selection of options, was never pushy, and even had carpet samples mailed to us, which made it easier to choose the right quality. He was also present on installation day to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be using Alan’s services again in the future. We had gotten quotes from the big companies, but the level of customer service Alan provides simply doesn’t compare. Highly recommend!

We worked with Alan to pick out and find the perfect flooring for our home. We initially talked to him over a year ago to get an estimate and when we were ready to move forward a year later we picked up right where we left off. Alan’s team did the install while we were out of town and we came home to really beautiful floors. Working with Alan has made this our easiest home project we’ve ever had.

Alan and his team are phenomenal! We set up an appointment to meet and go over the project. Alan came in with some questions to better understand what we were looking for, ran out to his mobile carpet swatch library (that's what I'm going to call it lol) and showed us various options. We went through numerous swatches and the very first one ended up being the one we chose. It's like he knew what we wanted before we did. Gave us a estimate, booked it and within less than 2 weeks he was reaching out to schedule the install. Crew showed up the day of on time and did such an amazing job! Very professional. Kept a clean workspace! We could not be happier with the job Floor Covering International did for us. We have other projects in mind and I'll for sure be reaching out to Alan when we're ready to discuss. Thank you Alan and crew for doing such an amazing job!

Alan and his crew were very professional. He was extremely thorough at our initial meeting and listened to all my concerns. They kept me updated on status and showed up when they said they would. Alan showed up on the day of installation and reviewed the job with the crew and me. They addressed all my concerns and executed them well. I’m extremely happy with the final product. Alan & his team did an amazing job with my new flooring. Alan explained everything during the initial evaluation answering all of my questions/concerns & made sure to get the floors in for a tight deadline I had. The installers made sure to check in with me throughout the installation to make sure everything was to my liking. Everything was taken care of including removal & cleanup. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.
