I am truly disappointed by our service and sales person Tim. We had gone to the store a few times and were being helped by someone but he took over the sale. A representative came and measured the areas in our house, and yes, we know that they account for extra (for cutting and mistakes, etc), but we had enough extra to floor our entire basement (which we were not doing). When we put a deposit down, they forgot to order the floor. We called them after 2 weeks saying, "hey, what's going on with our flooring?" They asked if we had put down a deposit. Seriously?! They returned our call a few days later stating that it was ordered and going to be the original amount of time they had said when we put down the deposit. Tim was incredibly hard to get a hold of and his response time was several days to weeks later. I went in before closing one day asking for a sample of what we ordered to take home. The owner of the store, possibly John?, let me take the sample home (which was very nice)... However, the sample I took home was not what came to our house. Their hours are terrible closing at 5 on weekdays (when most people get out of work) and they often closed before the listed time on the door. They don't have any people who can assist with a project working on the weekends. The weekend workers, though very nice (would give them a 4 rating), were pretty much a glorified answering machine and only able to take messages for someone to get back to us (we visited on a few Saturdays). We attempted to get a hold of Tim for a refund on a few items. He never got back to us so we brought the items back to the store. The person did not have the authority and did not know how to issue a refund. He said he would hold the items and take down our information. We never received a call back. We called them back after a month being like "hey, what's going on without our refund" and the invoice we received was unacceptable (the refund was essentially nothing) and they stated "A check is in the mail." We did not pay by check. It should go back on the card. Also, we have not received the check yet.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the recent flooring and baseboard installation completed at my residence by your company. The project, which cost $14,500, included the replacement of all flooring and baseboards. Unfortunately, the workmanship was substandard, resulting in several issues that require immediate attention. Specifically, the baseboard installation is unacceptable. Numerous seams and nail holes remain exposed, detracting from the overall appearance and quality of the work. Additionally, the flooring was cut too short, leaving a noticeable gap. While a subsequent attempt was made to rectify this, it consisted only of applying caulk, which is a temporary and inadequate solution. Furthermore, I documented the installation process, including evidence that specified underlayment was not installed despite being included in the original contract. This omission is a serious breach of the agreed-upon work and directly contributes to an uneven floor surface, resulting in a noticeable lump or hill that was not present with the previous carpet flooring. While I commend the professionalism and patience of your salesman, Tim, during the initial consultation, the quality of the installation work falls drastically short of acceptable standards. The process itself was messy, rushed, and unprofessional. I request that you review the attached video evidence and propose a plan to remedy these significant defects. I expect a resolution that addresses the inadequate baseboard installation, the improperly cut flooring, and the missing underlayment. I look forward to your prompt response and a detailed plan for rectifying these issues. I would hate to take legal action. Sincerely, Ashley

We recently had our home serviced by Floor Covering International. The sales representative, Doug was friendly, professional and accommodating to our schedule. The installers, Carl, Art, Jim, Joe and apprentice Logan, were hard working, polite, friendly and efficient. They moved all the furniture, removed carpets from four large rooms and closets and had all rooms done by lunch time (4 hour turnaround). I have already recommended to our friends and neighbors.

From start to finish, the team at FCI did a great job carpeting my bedrooms. The salesman was knowledgeable about the best product for my floors and now I have the softest, silkiest Mohawk carpet to walk across. The installation crew moved my furniture, did a great job installing, and cleaned up afterwards! I highly recommend!

I have tried multiple lawn service and they never did a thorough job! Makeda and her team did absolutely amazing work. I had my back yard cleaned out and other yard work. They did excellent work l. They painted my rusty railings on my porch and back steps and it looks brand new. Excellent service always!

I selected Floor covering International in Cherry Hill, NJ for Luxury Vinyl and carpeting of my house I just bought in Voorhees. John Schiavo managed my project from start to finish. I was very satisfied as the work was done on time and very professionally. It was easy to work with John as I had to changed my products and requirements multiple times. I will highly recommend them without any hesitation.
