We loved our consultant, Carolyn Hickey, so much we've planned another project with her. Derek kept us informed of the status of the product order every step of the way. And the install guys were very professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves. All in all we had a very positive experience with everyone at Floor Coverings International. Our new carpet is well made, thick and a beautiful color. And the upgraded pad makes it a joy to walk on. Like a temperpedic mattress! We're expecting it to last for years. Jason and his team are Top Tier!! They are knowledgeable and definitely make sure you are choosing what's right for your home. If he doesn't have it on hand rest assured he can get it ordered with minimal wait. Thank you Jason for coming out and helping a design client of mine. She was in crisis after the recent flood damaged her home. We were so impressed with how quickly you came to her home to help and show her new flooring options. And you went above and beyond by moving a giant railroad tie that the storm washed up that was blocking their sidewalk. Highly recommend!
