So happy with the service and communication with Ashley! She was patient with us, as I couldn't make up my mind. When it was time for the actual installation, everything went as planned and there was lots of communication along the way. Highly recommend.

Great communication and very professional staff. They did an amazing job thing in new hardwood with our existing hardwood. It is seamless and beautiful! Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. We are already scheduling a second job with them because we were so satisfied with the quality of work.

Ashley was very pleasant to deal with. I think Melvin was the name of my installer. He was thorough, pleasant to chat with but then back to work for him. He said it would take about 2 hours for the 2 rooms and that's all it took!

I needed to get my OP house market ready with an incredibly tight timeline. Ashley & her crew got it done for me in 4 DAYS!! The carpet looked amazing & id definitely use them in the future

Ashley was fantastic to work with—easy to get a hold of and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the different flooring options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. Mike, the project manager, kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was always up to speed on the project details and timeline. I highly recommend the team at FCI and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Ashley came to my house on short notice to help me with my flooring solutions. She was very knowledgable with the type and styles for my specific needs. I’m personally a very visual person. She was able to take pictures of the area, overlaying the area with what l chose. Helping me see it before I make a decision. They also are able to finish my stairs leading down to the Rec. Room. Something big box stores won’t do. A great experience.
