Matt and Ashley Lee, Owners of Floor Coverings International (FCI), have spent over 20 years building careers in corporate America. Matt received his MBA in supply chain management and works with Fortune 500 companies in transportation and logistics. Ashley has spent her time working in content creation, marketing, and event planning for small businesses and not-for-profit organizations across the Midwest. Together, with their business experience and passion for home renovation, the pair are now capturing their dream as small business owners.
FCI of Metro Southeast Kansas City was opened with one goal in mind: to develop a successful business that strives for excellence in all areas of operation when it comes to floor renovation. From product selection and installation to impeccable service and craftsmanship, the quality with which they work—start to finish—is highly intentional. As a family-owned business, Matt and Ashley value a level of service that goes beyond the ordinary, extending the same care and consideration to their customers and employees as they would their own family. Matt and Ashley reside in Overland Park, KS, with their four beautiful children. Beyond work and school, the family enjoys staying active. These warranties typically extend for up to 10 years, ensuring long-lasting protection and customer satisfaction
Yes! The products showcased in our mobile showroom come with a factory-direct limited warranty. This warranty provided by the manufacturer offers coverage for product defects, ensuring that issues like stains on a stain-resistant carpet are addressed. It’s important to note that these warranties generally do not cover regular wear and tear, and their typical duration is up to ten years.
Many of our Floor Coverings International® locations have local warehouses or storefronts, but visits are usually by appointment only. Most customers browse our products at an on-site consultation. We bring our entire flooring catalog to each appointment, so you can visualize how different materials and designs will look in your unique space.
