Floor Coverings International worked a miracle to refinish my hardwoods which had seen too many dogs and kids over the last 25 years. The floors look like new. When on inspection, we noticed a flaw, the team came out and touched it up immediately. Very impressive.

Scott was very professional and made this process of getting through a water damage claim through insurance as easy as possible! He quickly responded to my inquiry, quickly got us and estimate and got the work scheduled as quickly as possible. When I noticed (small) damage to quarter round, he came out and immediately made the repair himself. I would recommend him and Floor Coverings International to anyone needing flooring completed!

Stop scrolling and getting bids because FCI is who you want to go with! Trust me! From the moment owner, Scott King walked in the door. I knew I was in good hands. Unfortunately, a lot of companies just want to sell you something. They don’t really care if you truly love the carpet. NOT the case with Scott and FCI. They went above and beyond! Not only did he care if I loved the carpet, he walked me through the entire process, step-by-step. Never once did he try to push me into a sale or make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Carpet is a big purchase! Go with a company that cares- FCI
