One of the best decisions we have made in the last several months was to work with Floor Coverings International Metro Twin Cities. We had researched many different flooring businesses and decided to get a free in home quote from FCI. From the moment Linda Wutzke, owner of Floor Covering International, stepped into our home, we felt comfortable and at ease with how she came to serve us.We had some water damage in our kitchen and needed to replace our flooring. Linda gave us multiple quotes to help us determine how much work we wanted done and what we could afford. We decided to replace our kitchen, dining room and living room with LVP. Linda brought a variety of samples to help us choose what would fit us best. It never felt like a sales pitch but more like someone guiding us and helping us make wise decisions. We also had some new carpet put in on our steps and a porch area off of our dining room.The communication with Linda and team was great and always kept us updated in the process of the material arriving and scheduling the install. Demolition and removal of old flooring and carpet was done in one day followed by install on both LVP and carpet the next day. The install was all completed in one day by a great team. We were pleased with the cleanup and the process.We are thrilled how our house looks with the new LVP and carpet! We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International Metro Twin Cities. Linda Wutzke and team were very caring and truly did serve us. They had attention to detail and made sure everything was done in an excellent manner. We are grateful and would not hesitate to work with Linda and team in the future!
