Alberto the owner was very professional and prompt in communicating with us. He brought plenty of samples and good quality carpet. Carpet came within a week and installers did an excellent job. I’m very happy with this company and would highly recommend .

I had Floor Coverings International install some new carpeting for me in my basement and on the stairs, and couldn't be more pleased! The communication with Alberto and Julie was easy, and the ordering was seamless. The installers did a nice job, too. Very happy with my new carpeting!

We were extremely pleased with the flooring installation by Floor Coverings International. Alberto was very informative about the products and patiently brought many samples out to our home until I found the right one. He did not pressure the sale at all and discussed options . Julie provided information about how to prep our home and was quick to answer questions. We were most impressed by the craftsmanship and efforts of the installers, Mike and Jamie. They did an amazing job ensuring that the flooring met the tile even around challenging curves. They were very attentive to details and worked so well together and with us. The installations and clean up were meticulously completed. They worked diligently every day to install subfloor and LVP in about 1000 sq ft of space in 4 days. We would highly recommend this team of professionals!

Excellent response to ask for a free sales/sample visit and quote. Two small bathrooms needed new floor, toilets removed and replaced. Yes, they bring the best wax seals to remount toilets. I chose floating tile. Beautiful, water durable, solid. Installer identified a stop flow problem behind toilet. Water off, I called a plumber and prob with plumbing resolved. Floor installer was professional, courteous and went way beyond when it was discovered my doors wouldn't shut with thicker floor! He took off the doors, planed them and replaced to fit perfectly! Gorgeous tiles and door threshold installed on time as promised. I recommend!
