We had a wonderful experience with FCI starting from our first appointment with Alberto who bought all the samples to our home and gave us on the spot pricing for the entire project - no hidden costs. The project took two weeks as we replaced our entire first floor with new hardwood. Julie continuously checked the progress and was available to answer questions. The installers Mike and Jamie were a pleasure to work with, always friendly and respectful and doing whatever they could to minimize the disruption to our family during the process. We will not hesitate to hire this company for future projects.

Floor Covering International did a great job on the hotel fitness floor! They were not high pressured selling reps and offered suggestions based on their expertise with picking out the right flooring that would look best with the decor in our newly renovated fitness room here at the hotel. I could not be happier with my floors! I selected Mohawk Revwood Plus flooring and it is absolutely gorgeous! I am also remodeling my kitchen and had a different contractor for my floors until I fell in love with these! When my contractor came out today to discuss some of the cabinet and counter top updates he was extremely impressed with the floors and the installation!!! That made me feel so good! I absolutely love the floors and to have him comment was the icing on the cake! Floor Coverings International get a 10 out of 10 from me!!!

I had very good experience. The company is very knowledgeable about their products bringing into my home samples to choose from. I had carpeting installed …taking out old and installing new. Installers moved all furniture and put back when finished.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Floor Coverings International! Alberto was patient, knowledgeable, and professional when I was choosing my flooring. He respected my budget and gave me excellent advice, while allowing me time to decide on my flooring. He truly guided me through the process, and I love the flooring I have. The installation process was smooth and done on time. Julie handled all the communication, and she was extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful. Alberto and his crew did a super job. They moved all the furniture before and then moved it back afterwards. The time he said he was going to be here, he was here. He answered all our questions. We would highly recommend him to everyone.
