From my first call, Sue was a great representation of great customer service, of which led us to Andy, the heart of this company, of which his representation of his company and flooring choices, time spent explaining the company and product...he did not disappoint! His heart and soul is truly in it...of which led us to Justin, wow...a mastermind of wood placement and pattern...courteous, anxious to please, his work is impeccable!.. needless to say, we are very pleased and blessed to have been involved with this company their entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied...and that we were!!.. Favorite one is Andy on our floor fixing a small dent, not their damage, ours...again, great service!

Pros: The guys are nice and professional. Easy to place order. Within weeks install. Cons: Over priced for their offerings. They contract installers, so you get job done as good as that installer at time.

A big shout out to Anthony Adams and crew with International Floor Coverings! First I want to say thanks for being Professional and Knowledgeable. Anthony came to my home and explained who they were and what their mission was as a company. Anthony explained the products that would be used use for my particular project and why. Me not having any knowledge of what products where available that would be best for my flooring needs was weight off my shoulders. Anthony answered all my questions and gave me more information that I should know as a consumer. The whole process was explained in great detail as to how my project would go and a time frame. That was very important so they could work around my schedule as well as theirs. The crew that came introduced themselves and also explained what they would be accomplishing that day. They were easy to communicate with and let Anthony know immediately about an issue that came up. Anthony came and they devised a plan to take care of the problem. Personal Service!!!! Anthony decided to use a new product available to them to take care of said problem at no additional charge for the extra work to resolve the issue. They also gave product at their cost. That's Dedication! I could go on about the experience, but so many positive things to list. International Floor Coverings is the company to go to, Anthony is your man! Sincerely Cheryl Huner

I really enjoyed working with Jack and the Floor Coverings International team. I had never purchased carpeting before, and they made the process easy and stress-free. The installation team worked quickly and did a fine job. Communication along the way was great, too.
