This experience was outstanding!!! We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in 3 rooms. Austin helped us pick out the product. John and Austin came out to answer some questions. The work was quick and professional. Rick and Ilyiah and John worked very hard to install the flooring. The rooms are so improved. They all deserve a round of applause. We couldn’t be happier! We’ve used FCI twice. Initially for carpet and then recently had our wood floors redone. The owners are very diligent and show up to make sure the job is done right. We were on vacation while the wood floors were refinished and when we came home we were thrilled. Highly recommend using this company! -Bill

Had our old carpeting removed in our living and dining rooms and the original hardwood floors refinished. FCI did the whole job for us, including moving all the furniture in and out, and replacing the floor moulding. Everything was done to a very high standard, and we couldn't be more pleased! They were all quick, clean, very very polite and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and satisfied. As an example, when they were moving our furniture back in, I realized that I hadn't thought to get some kind of cushioning pads to protect the new floor. Austen went to the store and purchased some for us, and then they spent extra time applying and positioning the pads. Can't say enough good things about this company!

The carpeting in my home was 30 years old. I knew I had to have it replaced, but who could I trust to do it? I knew the replacement product was important but maybe more so the installation. I decided to check out the Inside Outside Guys site as I trusted their recommendations. There I found Floor Coverings International. It was easy to contact FCI and make an appointment. They came right to my home with their mobile showroom. It took me some time to select my vinyl plank flooring for the main part of the house (living room, hall, and two bedrooms). Austin sent me all the samples that I needed to make my decision. I am very pleased with the patterns I chose. Austin was adamant that his main concern was that I was happy with the product and the installation. For my kitchen and dining room, FCI was able to get the luxury vinyl roll flooring that I saw at another vendor. I really had my heart set on the pattern and was thrilled that Ken was able to get it for me. Installation took one day and Chris did a great job, he is a master of installation. He cleaned up and took away all the old flooring. Now, the installation of my vinyl plank flooring is complete throughout the house and I am enjoying another great installation. The flooring is so beautiful. I would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone for the best selection and installation.

I replaced carpeting in my dining room. Carlos & Pedro did an excellent job moving 2 pieces of furniture, removing the old carpet, installing the new carpeting. They moved the furniture back into place. The whole job took about 2.5-3 hours. I am very satisfied with their work & my sales person Austin was great to work with bringing samples & explaining everything.

We are so happy with our new floors! Austin was very professional and great to talk to about flooring. He was super helpful giving us different options for our budget where other companies did not. John, Rick and their crew were wonderful, talked with us about everything they were doing, fixed anything we didn’t like and got it done quick! The whole experience was great and cannot wait to have them out for future projects!

5 stars are not enough! Every single person I had an interaction with was professional, friendly, and TRULY caring. I would list all their names, but there is not enough room! I had a carpet tear out and wide plank vinyl installed in two bedrooms and two stairwells. The home is old and the structure was most certainly a nightmare. Not only was FCI’s work impeccable, but they went above and beyond and fixed a few problems with the flooring I have in another area. Also, there was an unforeseen issue with what I chose for the stairwells and they listened and diligently worked with me to adjust it. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go with FCI. Ken, Austin, John and ALL are top notch. I rarely recommend companies, but not only do I recommend FCI, I highly encourage everyone to choose them! Again, 5 stars are not enough!

My experience with FCI was fantastic from the start with Austin's presentation through the install. I've had some bad experiences with other contractors but FCI was professional and did a great job as promised. I had a time constraint and they went out of their way to get the job done as fast as possible. The installers were clean fast and professional. They did a great job and more than was required.
