Can't say enough about the process. Austin, our sales rep, was outstanding. Showed us a product we knew nothing about, which saved us $$$. The installation was excellent, and the carpet is beautiful. Highly recommend FCI.

Love this company. Austin was great and very helpful. He did his homework before our meeting so we could decide what would work best. He also brought my puppy Rex a treat. John was also great when he came to install the indoor/outdoor carpeting in my sunporch. He even vacuumed the new carpeting. Excellent employees and a great company to work with. Thank you inside/outside guys for this recommendation. I highly recommend this company and will be recommending to my family and friends.

I absolutely love our floors. We had our upper bedroom carpeted last year and we just had our entire first floor done with a beautiful laminate. The process was super easy. They worked with our schedule. The install was gorgeous. Checked all the boxes. I would totally recommend them for your flooring needs.

The company was very patient with me in choosing the flooring. I made several changes in my order and there was never an issue with repricing my request. The installation went very well and they did a teally nice job on the installation of my hardwood floor. I love the floor and it looks great. They totally cleaned up everything when they were done with the job so I did not have to do the clean up. They also removed and disposed of all the old carpet in the house. I would highly recommend Ken Kish and his company. Five stars for this company.

Great service and patient team for a very indecisive home owner. I took a long time making my decision but FCI was very accommodating and never pushy. They ordered samples for me for things they didn?t have in stock as well Installer did a great job as well VERY meticulous and clean. We barely knew he was here. Would 100% hire again. In fact I?ve already referred them to a friend who hired them as well.

Love the new flooring that they installed, they were very efficient and got the old floors tore out and installed the new in one day ! I would highly recommend this company. I will be using this company for future updates in my home!
