Matt runs a terrific operation at FCI. He’s very responsive and made it easy and efficient to get the project quoted and scheduled. His Production Coordinator, Eric is great as well. After the crew installed our LVP floor, we noticed some minor cosmetic damage to our walls and trim. After Eric came back to inspect the project, he returned and repaired everything personally. I was impressed my Matt and Eric’s professionalism and accountability. The end product turned out great as well.

I had an excellent experience with new carpet installation and highly recommend Matt Fritz and his team at Floor Coverings International of Bloomfield Hills. Matt is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I loved the convenience of the mobile showroom. It made the selection process so much easier than carrying floor samples back and forth from a store. I LOVE my new carpet - what a huge difference it has made. It is clearly evident that Matt makes customer satisfaction essential to his business model. The installation crew did an excellent job and were respectful of me as well as my home. Matt only deals with floor coverings, making him an expert in floor coverings as he takes the time to keep up to date on new products and trends.

The FCI team was very professional. They came in took measurements, discussed options, provided pricing and left. NO high pressure sales! Day of the job, there crew was prompt and efficient. Left the kitchen better than they found it and cleaned up after themselves. I have other properties and look forward to using them again!
