Mike is co-owner of Floor Coverings International of Beverly Hills, MI with wife, Najette. A dad of 5-year-old twin girls, Mike spent the last 20-plus years working in the advertising industry across various ad agencies and digital marketing companies. He has spent his career strategically consulting clients across multiple industries on how to attract and retain customers via numerous approaches in the digital media landscape.
As an owner and operator, Mike is now committed to providing FCI customers with outstanding customer service and a world-class flooring experience.
Mike enjoys chasing his daughters around, attending all their activities, and constantly learning about all thing personal development. He also loves spending football Saturdays at The Big House cheering on his Wolverines with his family and hacking up golf courses when possible.
Najette Hammond is co-owner of FCI of Beverly Hills, MI with husband, Mike. A mom of 5-year-old twin girls, Najette spent the last 5 years as a mama bear, wife, and homemaker. Prior to this, she spent 13 years in the mortgage industry and then transitioned to holistic nutrition, providing nutrition classes in corporate America. Her most recent entrepreneurial venture before FCI was making and selling organic sourdough bread via Mama Bear’s Organic Kitchen.
Mama Bear is now FCI’s Office Manager and is committed to providing FCI customers with outstanding customer service and a world-class flooring experience.
Najette still enjoys incorporating holistic wellness into everyday life, including cooking and baking all things homemade, and sweating through crazy workouts first thing in the morning. She also loves spending football Saturdays at The Big House cheering on her Wolverines with her family and football Sundays watching the Detroit Lions bite off some kneecaps 🙂
Victor is a second-generation flooring expert with over 25 years of experience in management, sales, and installation. His journey began at the former New York Carpet World, where he became a certified flooring installer. Throughout his career, Victor has worked with many major flooring retailers, honing his skills and deepening his passion for the industry. Now a valued member of the Floor Coverings International family, he is dedicated to providing insight, knowledge, and expertise to both his team and clients, ensuring exceptional flooring solutions.
Terry grew up in Madison Heights, Michigan, and has been immersed in the flooring business since the age of 17. With a wealth of experience across various positions in construction, remodeling, and carpentry companies, Terry has honed a deep understanding of the industry. Outside of work, Terry is an avid hockey enthusiast, bringing the same passion and dedication from the rink to every flooring project. Now, Terry is excited to bring their extensive knowledge and expertise to FCI, helping clients achieve their vision for beautiful and functional spaces.
