Our experience was great from start to finish. Working with Mike, our seller, was great. He’s knowledgeable, NOT pushy & really listened to our needs & desires to make sure we got exactly what we wanted WITHOUT being a “pushy sales person”. Marcus our project manager was also phenomenal and checked in during the installation process to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. The installers were so kind & worked so fast yet diligently & were extremely thorough in every detail. Barbara was extremely kind, personable & kept us in the loop with all the payments and scheduling as we had a tight schedule, but she made sure we had everything set in order to get it completed within our timeframe. We would highly recommend everyone single person from this company!

We couldn’t be happier with our new hardwood floors! 1. They provided us a lot of options of light shade maple that we asked for, with a great price and superb quality. 2. During the installation, the whole team was very professional, took great care of us, and made communication so easy from start to finish. We had them replace our plywood and carpet that was damaged. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They gave us few options for materials to choose from and made sure we are comfortable with our choices. There was clear communication on how things would progress and the point of contact for each part of the project. The project was done on time and they had a follow up inspection to make sure we were satisfied. Very professional and great job. Mike, Marcus and Barb are great to work with.

We had them replaced our stair runner rug. They were very responsive and professional. We didn’t know much about rugs and was looking on amazon. Their expert came onsite to measure and gave really good advice. We end up with a beautiful wool runner that’s better than our original one. It took some time to order and wait for the runner, but once arrived installation was fast and well-done. Now our entire family love to step on the runner rug bare foot!

This entire process from start to finish was one of the EASIEST transactions I have ever experienced. Mike came to my house on a Saturday morning. He took a look at my basement, which needed help after it had flooded back in May. He didn’t overwhelm me with a million options, nor did he try to push me into choosing the most expensive. He was down to earth, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I needed to have the basement done, but after showing me the savings if I did the other two rooms at the same time, I was sold. He came on June 10th and my floors were installed in 3 days on July 21-23. I could text him or his office manager Barbara any time I had any questions. It was fantastic and I can NOT imagine doing business with anyone else. I could not be happier. I have one room completely updated, so I’ll share the picture. The other two need some TLC… so I’ll post pictures of those two another day. Thank you Mike, Barbara and the entire crew that came and transformed my house! You’ll be back… because the bedrooms are next. 😊 The before picture has the yellow walls…with the child who isn’t supposed to be on the coffee table, launching herself onto the couch.

Mike hand held me through a difficult process, a difficult set of floors. He worked around a tight schedule and a veritable mess and still got it done on time, professionally and courteously. I would highly recommend him for any job big or small, easy or difficult.

Mike and his team at Floor Coverings International of Acton recently installed a new LVT floor in our bathroom. They did a great job for a fair price and were extremely easy to work with. Highly recommended.
