Michael was great during my original meeting with him. I told him up front that I was looking for quotes and had two other vendors that I had yet me with. Michael explained the ins and outs in carpeting my basement which was a cement floor. He didn’t try to sell me the best he had but listened to what I was saying and wanted. He was very professional and personal. He quoted me the cost. I had Empire come the next day and they went through the cost and what they had to offer. In the end I chose Floor Coverings International and Mike was cost was the deciding factor in choosing them. They installed the carpet and it looks and feels awesome! I’m very happy that I chose Floor Coverings international and would highly recommend them to anyone.
