We've owned our house for almost 30 years, and the floors have seen more than enough wear and tear. The kitchen, laundry, first-floor bathroom, family room, and home office all badly needed replacement flooring. But I wanted someone to come to the house, examine the rooms, point out any issues, show samples, and make recommendations for each room. Considering the investment I was making, I thought that was reasonable. I called one large national flooring company, explained what I wanted, and was told that I was welcome to come in. They would come and measure after I picked out the flooring, but that was not how I wanted to proceed. A family member suggested that I call Dereck. I called, and a few days later, Dereck came to the house with his expertise, his samples, and a willingness to listen to my plan. We picked out two products for the main areas, laundry and bathroom, and set a time frame for the installation. Chris, who manages the office, frequently kept in touch between the order date and the installation. The products were delivered promptly, and his crew began the two-and-a-half-day project to remove old carpets, prep the spaces, lay down a beautiful LVP product from Shaw, and replace all the baseboard trim. They worked quickly, moved furniture when needed, and cleaned up daily. Dereck managed the project to a quick and very successful conclusion. On his last visit, we reviewed how to keep the floors looking great. I highly recommend you allow Floor Coverings International to work with you on any flooring project. I will definitely use them on my future projects.

If you want a team that'll take care of you and your home from start to finish, you'll want to go with this team! They were fantastic with communication since the start and actually came out to the house to give a quote, bringing along samples so we could see what we would be installing into our space. You can see the work for yourself, they covered up our terrible kitchen floor with some great looking and sturdy LVP. Dereck and Chris were fully communicative through the whole process, working with us even though we were not yet in the home, even helping us trim our kitchen doors so they would fit with the new floors. Floor Coverings International of Foxboro didn't give us the cheapest quote, but they were fully transparent with their pricing, used quality material, did great work (working late into the evening to make sure to get everything done on time!), and were just overall friendly, wonderful people to work with. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
