We recently had hardwood floors installed by Floor Coverings International Louisville East, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and responsive. The office staff was helpful every step of the way, answering questions quickly and making the process smooth and stress-free. The installers were fantastic—clean, respectful of our home, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. They did an exceptional job matching the new flooring in our primary bedroom to the existing hardwood throughout the house. The transition is absolutely seamless—you truly can’t tell where the old floors end and the new ones begin. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International Louisville East to anyone with flooring needs. Great people, excellent service, and beautiful results!

Tony from Floor Coverings International stopped by my place of business and provided a more than fair quote to install some carpet. He brought with him numerous samples, and discussed quality and price right there on the spot. He helped me make a decision, and shortly afterward, the carpet was installed. The installers were very professional, and efficient. I loved their service so much, ive recommended them to numerous friends and they have done business with them since. 5 stars isnt enough!

Charles was prompt and professional. He brought carpet samples to our home and had fair prices. His installer was able to get our carpet installed within the week and did a fantastic job. I would use them again.

I live in east Louisville and am trying to get my house carpeted in the next 2-4 weeks. I’m out getting appointments for a quote now. I literally just walked into Floor Coverings International (4:20pm) and nobody was in there. I walked around (it’s quite small) for 5-10 minutes and nobody came to help or anything. Go to Carpet One or Carpet Mart… they both have people actually inside the store and making an appointment was quick and easy. I feel like a place who has no customer service in the beginning will only get worse if there’s an issue later down the line.
