Joel, Ike, and their install team were all excellent. Joel and Ike provided great service, answered all of our many questions and are good people to be around. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work, and came back to touch up some trim paint that was beyond the scope of the service. Floor Coverings International is a great concept, we really appreciated the “mobile showroom” that Joel brought to the house. With that and Joel’s expertise, it was easy to pick a great new floor. I would highly recommend this team and company to anyone looking for flooring.

They were very easy to work with and friendly. I believe their pricing was very affordable. My only reason for it being 4 star was that there was some miscommunication about pricing and project expectations but overall it they were great to work with.

We hired this company off the internet. Best decision we made. Materialize arrived when promised. The installation crew was efficient and completed the job in one day. We had a couple of minor issues which were addressed immediately and resolved to our satisfaction. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat

The sales personnel were very cordial and very informative on what was to be done and how it was to be done. Gave us our prices while we were there and just overall very very good. The installers came in and did a good job, got it all done quickly, in and out.

Trustworthy, great communication, Local, with a great selection of floorings. We had our basement carpet and stairwell replaced by floor coverings international. Joel the owner, and the installation supervisor both came out and did measurements. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, they played with my dog and entertained my toddler. They brought with them a huge selection of carpet and carpet padding. I could visualize the carpet in the space and choose color. I went with a pet friendly carpet and standard carpet padding. Great pricing and financing options! We got on the schedule promptly and the certified installers had the job done in one day. They were mindful of my house and outside spaces and respectful to keep everything clean. They moved all my furniture for install and put it all back when finished!! Highly recommend their company and will use them again without hesitation.

The team at Floor Coverings International (Joel, Ike, and Ryan) were exceptional to work with. They offered a competitive price and were very transparent during the estimate and installation process. This was my first experience with someone else installing my floors and received several estimates. They were the only one without any "hidden". charges. I appreciate that as a customer and chose them to install. After it was complete, it totally transformed my home, and I couldn't be happier.

Joel was great to work with from the beginning. Have had bad experiences in the past and was Leary to spend the kind of money I did for a floor. But this company though being new to the area is doing it right! From the measure to picking flooring out right in our house everything was seamless. The install team was very good as well professional and quick. The floor looks amazing and we have had so many compliments. Would definitely recommend if you want it done right use them! Joel and Ike came to our house with the virtual showroom and they were so friendly and helpful! Joel explained everything and went through the quote and process meticulously with us. The carpet came in early and the process was seamless. Our new carpet looks and feels amazing! It went so well we decided to redo the floors in our basement too. I would recommend them to anyone with flooring needs!
