These guys do really good work, Terry and Ethan are easy to with with and the quality is good. The crew that came out was nice and they did a great job. We had them do our upstairs floors and we were so happy with them that we are having them do our downstairs now. We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Carmel.

It took them way longer than expected and they couldn’t even finish the job themselves. They ripped apart my bathroom floor, found a leak, made me call a plumber and figure out the problem, and then their guys didn’t even want to finish the flooring in my bathroom after they had ripped everything out and left me with just a subfloor… my bathroom was unusable for several days and it’s my only bathroom with a shower… Disappointing to say the least. And when I told them that I was concerned with the noise the new flooring was making in the bathroom, they said it wasn’t a big deal. They also were not that careful when moving furniture, I found that some of my pieces are missing chunks of wood out of them such as my coffee table and a lot of my baseboards were ruined and they didn’t replace them. I don’t know if I would use them again.

We were so pleased with the job Floor Coverings International of Carmel did refinishing our bedroom, hall, and stairs oak floors. The team that came were not only friendly and informative, giving us advice as to stains and finishes but they did a wonderful job. They completed the job even sooner than expected and even though there was very little dust they cleaned up and swept leaving my home perfect! I highly recommend this company.

The floors and stairs are finished and they look awesome! Your refinishing team were friendly, hard workers, and did an excellent job. There was very little dust after they were done yet they still cleaned and swept and left my house in great condition. I couldn’t be more pleased.

This is an HONEST company. I called for a quote but the guy says there is another guy that has this territory. When it comes to flooring I didn't know they had territories. He could have taken the job but instead he talked this other compost up. Very honorable to do that.
