Horrible experience. They stole our time and our money. BEWARE they don't provide contracts stating the work that will be performed, they string you along and don't follow through -- on anything. After we canceled the contact from poor communication & refusing to provide said contract, they harassed us at our home and then blocked my IP address from leaving a review on Google. They are clearly fraudulent scam artists!! AVOID if you can!!!

Don’t go near these people! They are unprofessional and basically scam artists. Gave them a large deposit in April and after 3 postponements( installer didn’t have material, his mother was in the hospital etc today was the big delivery day, arrival scheduled at 8:30, by 9:55 and no explanation or excuses I finally cancelled. 2 months of being strung along. Had someone else out today, can have the job done next week, lower price. First the concrete has to be sealed, which was never a plan with this company. Then the floor (hardwood) has to acclimate for 5 days. This company said, no néed they would do it at their facility. I understand now it is my home temperature that it has to adjust to. I can only imagine the problems I would have had. It is sad that there are people like this! I hope I have helped someone to know better!!!

Floor Coverings replaced my vinyl floors in my laundry room and two bathrooms. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. Luis and his team did an excellent job. They very friendly and I could tell that they all enjoyed their work. Luis made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving. I would use Floor Coverings again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace any flooring.

Both salesman and installers were extremely competent and hard working. Very responsive.

From start to finish, nothing but professionalism! Chris came out and accessed the area that needed work very carefully. In doing so he not only saved me money but was very honest and forthcoming in what needed to be done vs what I may have wanted to have done. With all that being said, I’m more than satisfied with the work he and his team did, but truly appreciate the communication and professionalism they showed throughout the entire process.

Horrible experience and not willing to make things right with customers paying them thousands of dollars. Put in new floors after selling "great and durable" floors to my father. I had to consign on a loan and help him make payments. He's on a fixed income. Floors started erupting shortly after. Then my mother came home weeks after because she broke her foot in the winter and needed a wheelchair for some weeks. They blamed it on the wheelchair. We said no this was happening before that. Blamed it on the subfloor. Well the subfloor was fine with the previous floor and completely flat. Took the money from the loan and did the work. After flaws started to happen they blamed it on everything else. Completely unprofessional company and lied to my elderly father multiple times of what they would cover after the fact and were very disrespectful. Only sincere person was Adrian who was part of the crew who worked at the house and seemed to want to try and make things right. We sit here with a loan and completely unfinished/faulty floors and then refusing to work anything out. Very disheartening and still exploring different options. Unreal how they think treating customers this way is ok while paying them loads of money. Your best friend at first then when you speak up on what is right they completely turn on you and become disrespectful. Thats putting it nicely. Think twice before giving this place your business. You never think this would happen to you until it does. What could improve is actually fixing work that was done which customers pay for.

Had very bad experience with this company. Had floor installed and within a few days floor started to buckle within days after the installation. During the installation process installer said the subfloors were not level. He offered a solution tearing out the old subfloor and replacing it with a new subfloor throughout the house. This would have skyrocket the price of the installation. I declined the offer and he went forward and installed the new floor on top without a new subfloor, which amounted to garbage in, garbage out scenario. If you know the installation won't work, why install the floor and wait for a failure afterward. Before the installation started my wife fell on some outside ice and broke her ankle in 3 places and one break in her calf bone. She was not home, but was in a rehabilitation center for most of the installation. During this time the floor was already starting to buckle. My wife came home with a wheelchair to help her get around. At this point they said the floor was not wheelchair sturdy. The installer attempted to deal with a few of areas that started to deteriorate. The little that he did seemed acceptable to me. We were never told that a wheelchair would damage this floor either by the salesman or the installers. If we knew that was the case we should have had the option to move forward or not, with the installation. A lady named Janet called and told me all new subfloors would have to be installed at a great cost to us. It felt almost like a threat and we declined. There was a claim lodged with the manufacturer named Shaw. They sent out a floor inspector who ultimately, who based on the limited information they gave him decided to side with the manufacturer. Before the report came out Janet called me and offered a solution where we would pay 1/2 the price of the material needed to make the job correct. I verbally agreed to her proposal. It turns out that once the got report came in, Janet told me that they were only responsible for 18% of the repairs needed. I told her about the verbal agreement and she claimed that it was not a real agreement and now that they have their report they were not bound by anything that may have discussed previously. It seems that they are blaming the whole thing on a wheelchair that was not even on the premises when the floor began to fail. They used deceptive practices just to make a sale.

Bad experience. Refuses to take responsibility for erupting floors they put in and staff hasn't treated my dad well at all. Also, they have not been trying to be in contact, we had to go to your store. I personally tried calling multiple times. And to then not be completely truthful in your response to this review? Oh wait now you took your response down. How is offering to pay 18% for materials and we pay the rest plus labor trying to make things right? Who would agree to those terms? All the while already having paid for a complete job already? Floors were erupting weeks before any wheelchair touched the floor when my mother came home from the hospital. Then you guys shifted focus to the subfloor. Last floor was perfectly flat. And the original subfloor was taken out in some areas prior to asking my father anything. Then installer moved forward with install saying he could make it work after we said we couldn't afford thousands of dollars more for a new one after an agreed upon price and the loan being taken out was at the limit of what they approved. No attempt has been made to resolve anything. When you offer to pay 18 percent of the cost of materials and labor in an email, that's basically saying to get lost and your on your own. And that's after verbally agreeing to cover full cost of labor repair and 50% of materials needed. So that is another complete fabrication.
