Absolutely couldn’t be happier with our new floors. Morgan was great to work with, professional, patient, quick to respond, and very helpful. His install team led by Dan did a beautiful job installing the new flooring and trim. It looks so beautiful. They worked efficiently while paying great attention to detail. The painter who followed was meticulously and everything looks so crisp and fresh. I would highly recommend working with Morgan and his team of professionals!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! From the initial home visit with Sam to the final product I couldn’t recommend them more! Our dog damaged and pulled up the carpet in the bedroom, FCI did a great repair job!

Alex's team did a lovely job on the flooring installs, both in the kitchen and a bedroom; they put all the furniture back where it was, and cleaned up nicely. Morgan was very helpful with samples and the paperwork.

We used FCI to replace our condo’s carpet with plank flooring because we wanted to support a locally owned business. The process could not have been smoother! The owner, Morgan, took time out his schedule to meet with us for a walkthrough estimate after our sales associates was delayed by a flight. From then on, FCI and Morgan did a great job of keeping open lines of communication to let us know when our material arrived and when the install crew could come. They even worked around our dog’s boarding schedule! Jason and the install crew knocked out the whole job (tearing out carpet, moving furniture, etc.) in ONE day! FCI’s service and selection is top notch.

They were prompt and professional and answered all of our questions. After the sanding was finished and the first coat was applied we thought it was to light in color but we thought it would get darker after the next two coats. Yikes it did not I called Morgan and he met the crew at our house. After a few samplings we found the color to be perfect. These guys are great and Morgan is a pleasure to work with. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Best around

We came across Floor Coverings International at a local event, which was perfect timing after we were frustrated with the poor customer service of an online flooring company. We desperately needed a stair runner for our pup and speedy toddler. From the beginning, Morgan was extremely attentive and communicative. The mobile showroom was awesome to see everything available and try options right in our home, and they were able to order and install really quickly. We’re super happy with our runner (it’s so “cozy” according to our toddler) and makes the daily ups and downs a little more enjoyable! Would recommend and glad we now have a go-to for any flooring needs!

Have to say, Sam Dyer was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable sales and design associates I’ve worked with on a home improvement effort. Price was right, installation had a few bumps, but nothing not easily overcome, and the final product has been perfect. Would very highly recommend using Floor Covering International.

Sales person was extremely attentive and covered many necessary details to ensure the plan was what we needed. Installation was on time as requested and the installation went very smoothly. Overall we had a great experience and we will be using them for our next larger flooring project.
