Highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Chicago North Side! Brian Pokorny was easy and friendly to work with, and the entire process was very quick from start to finish. The carpet was installed professionally and quickly and looks SO beautiful in our home. We will definitely be referring FCI to friends & family!

I am really happy with the installation of our new flooring. They did a great job removing the old carpet and installing the new wood floors, and left the space clean when they were done. Communication was great, and the installer went above and beyond to make the flooring look great. I would absolutely recommend using these guys. I was a little hesitant bc it sounds like some massive chain of flooring at first, but it's owned by a guy in the neighborhood and he's really nice and wants to do jobs well. 10/10 - recommend them!

Working with Brian at FCI was amazing! They met with me right away and were able to install carpet quickly between guests at our Airbnb. I highly recommend FCI and will definitely be using them again soon at our own house.

The floors were finished beautifully and some widening cracks filled in very well. they recommended movers which did and excellent job. Would work with them again

We had an outstanding experience with FCI from start to finish! Bianca and David were both so lovely to work with — they were professional, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. David took the time to understand our needs, offered helpful recommendations, and kept us informed every step of the way. The installation team was also fantastic --not only were they skilled and efficient, but they completed the entire project even faster than we anticipated, which was such a pleasant surprise, especially since we had to corral our cats in the meantime! Our new hardwood floors are beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for flooring services & will definitely be returning for any future projects!
