My recent carpet update with Floor Coverings International exceeded expectations. Having Calvin come to the home with samples helped in choosing the perfect carpet. He took the time to understand the needs, making the decision process efficient. The installation team was professional and on time. The carpet is beautiful and my rooms are brighter and more welcoming! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Champaign and will definitely give them a call for my next flooring project!

Calvin and Bethany were great! Calvin made it easy to go through and select the best options for our flooring needs. They were communicative and responsive at all times and kept us aware of the process as it unfolded. Installation was professional and Calvin returned to inspect the work and ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We really appreciated their professionalism!

What a great experience from start to finish! We enjoyed working with Calvin to help us pick out the perfect carpet for our upstairs to replace 24 year old carpet installed when we built. He was great to work with and we appreciated that they bring samples to our home! We also appreciated that their installers will move our furniture, which is something we can’t do anymore. The installation team was amazing…very professional and friendly, and they did a fabulous job. New carpet looks great and we are so thankful we chose Floor Coverings Int. for the job! We are in the process of updating my mother's home. Both Mom and I have limited mobility, so finding that Floor Coverings International would actually come to her home instead of us trying to travel to a store was a blessing. The ordering process was painless and not rushed, and the carpet installation was scheduled around other work being done in the home. We are pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone.
