We hired Floor Coverings International West Atlanta to install brand new red oak hardwood floors and brand new carpet. Denise, Gustavo, and Errick are amazing! From start to finish Denise’s communication, patience, and customer service was above and beyond. She helped us through the whole process. Errick and Gustavo did a wonderful job installing our floors, they are beautiful. Gustavo was very patient through the stain selection process. Both Erick and Gustavo went above and beyond during our after-install punch list. We highly recommend their team and would love to work with all of them again one day!

We recently had 1,300 square feet of carpet replaced with engineered hardwood by Floor Coverings International, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Denise, the project manager, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was extremely detailed and thorough in her bid, very competitive on price, and communicative throughout the process. I especially appreciated how responsive she was and how she kept me updated every step of the way. She even came onsite daily during the job to check on progress and ensure everything was on track. Her lead installer, Gustavo, and the rest of the crew were equally impressive—skilled, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and the finished product has completely transformed our home. From start to finish everything was literally 5 Star. The staff are so professional and the work speaks for itself. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my stairs. Don’t waste your time looking around for a flooring company Forte Floors will not disappoint.
