Overall, I give them five stars, because the end product is wonderful. It is important to know we only had our living room done for this project. First off, let me say that the inspection and proposal process was excellent. All the things I say, that may be considered to be in a negative light is constructive criticism, not complaint. there were several issues throughout the week process of the construction that gave me some pause. They were the only ones who actually went underneath the house into the crawlspace to look at the subfloor. the price was fair for the work and the product that I purchased. I used red oak hardwood floors with new subfloor and redo of some beams. There were several issues with the crew in that I was unable to speak with them throughout the construction process. I unfortunately do not speak Portuguese or Spanish. There was no one there who could translate for me so I could ask questions during the process. In addition, there would sometimes be just one worker here at a time while the others were no longer around which was a bit uncomfortable. The subcontractor who installed the floor, also damaged my ceiling paint when they failed to peel the tape that held the plastic down and just pulled it down. Pulling off paint. When they stained the floor, they got it. 99% accurate with the stain. There was some bleed over issues onto the old stain but it was very minor. all that being said, you cannot argue with the end product. The floor look magnificent, and they repaired the beams where there was water damage. Miguel was incredibly professional and I would recommend using this company for all your hardwood needs.

Great experience from start to finish! Jessie helped us pick out the perfect "goldilocks" flooring and Carly's communication throughout the installation process was flawless. Would definitely recommend for anyone's flooring projects.

This company is a JOKE. They provided a quote, did ONE out of the 4 rooms they quoted me and then demanded payment for the full $6000 quote. keep in mind I already paid $3000 for what ended up being one room. now they want to put a lien on my house for the full amount??? YALL DIDNT EVEN DO THE WORK LOL
