The owner Clayton was a pleasure to do business with. He brought out samples for us to pick from. He was very punctual and professional throughout the whole process. Once we decided on Floor Coverings Int’l Mary Jane kept us informed of our order and install date, she even was here the morning of our installation. The installers did a great job and were very courteous of our home. From beginning to end FCI was a pleasure doing business with and I would recommend them to family and friends. We were pleasantly amazed!

Hello! My experience with Floor Coverings International was great from my first contact with them until my last contact. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The men that laid the carpet were also professional. Everything was done in the time frame I was given. I would recommend this company if you need new carpet.

We had a great experience working with the team at Floor Coverings International of Northeast Georgia. They were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. It was so convenient to view the carpet samples in my home and know it would look good in every room. Measurements were taken the same day and the installation date was set. Easy! Our new carpet looks great! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a great experience with international flooring. From the first visit of picking out flooring to the end when they were finished. Very friendly and professional with everything they did. I will recommend them to others. I will use them for all my flooring needs. After 2 weeks of the job being done, Clayton came back and did a walk through to make sure there were no problems, and check the finished job. That's great customer service. Thank you for a very satisfying job well done.

Floor coverings international was so great to work with. They were so much easier than using anyone else. Mr. Kramer is very knowledgeable about his product and very easy to communicate with. He had lots of samples to look through and we were very pleased with our results!

Loved working with them! Communication was great and loved that they were able to quickly come out to my house! I was surprised with how many options they had and loved being able to see all the samples in my home vs in a store. Super friendly staff too and they were able to answer all my questions! We only are replacing carpet in our downstairs area but we will be using them again when we finish our upstairs projects too!
