Great Customer Service! Clayton came not once but twice to show samples of carpet in his mobile showroom. Once we picked our carpet he worked with our schedule for installation day. The team showed up and worked throughout the day to get the installation done. They replaced the furniture where I guided them and we did a walkthrough, everything looks great! Clayton is a veteran, so happy to support someone that proudly served our nation instead of using a big box store. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Gainesville.

I’m on the board of an HOA. HOA’s do not work quickly. I worked with Clayton Kramer on flooring for our Clubhouse. We were back and forth with questions and changes for 3 months. Clayton answered and responded quickly to any questions or concerns, and always asked if there was anything else he could do.
