This was a very easy experience. The product knowledge and punctuality is top notch. I was very satisfied with their quote and plan on using them to redo all of my flooring as soon as I am ready.

Don’t use this company to install anything in your house that’s if you value your house and your time. They were so late on the install date that we were ready for bed when they finally arrived. They went to the wrong house and had other issues with another customer so that tells you a lot about their install team. Then they tried to install the wrong padding - twice!!! And laid our carpet on the dirty street instead in our driveway to cut it. You have to watch them and double check everything they do. They destroyed our base molding and we had to argue to get it replaced. Then they replaced it with the dirtiest piece and didn’t even paint it to match. Worst experience ever!!! Beware!

Great experience all around. Heather was awesome at providing a reasonable quote with several pricing/material options. She even delivered us a sample when we were considering which material to choose. Cindy was great at communicating status of project and ensuring we were all set on our end. We are very satisfied with the work! Leo did a great job. Very detail oriented and communicative, and did great work with no blemishes.
