Hi, I'm Cindy Krampetz, the proud owner of Floor Coverings International of Lost Mountain. I grew up in Cobb County, graduating from Harrison High School with honors while balancing church, cheerleading, gymnastics, competitive dance, and part-time jobs that showcased my work ethic early on. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I served as an executive member of the AXO sorority. 

With over 20 years of experience in real estate and sales leadership, I’ve built my career on driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Starting my own flooring company was an opportunity to combine my passion for design with my commitment to helping families create beautiful spaces in their homes.

When I’m not working, I love hiking, exploring local wineries, and spending time with my family, especially cheering for my kids at lacrosse, football, and volleyball games. I look forward to helping you transform your space with flooring that fits your style and needs!

With 19 years of experience in the flooring industry, I have built my career on helping homeowners and businesses create beautiful, functional spaces. As part of a female-owned and operated flooring franchise, I’m proud to offer personalized service and expert advice that helps my clients choose the right flooring for their needs.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of flooring materials—hardwood, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), laminate, carpet, and tile—and have honed my ability to guide clients in selecting the perfect option for their homes or businesses. Whether it’s a renovation for a fresh new look or repairing damaged floors, I’m dedicated to ensuring my clients are happy with the results.

What sets me apart is my commitment to building long-lasting relationships with my clients. I take a consultative approach to every project, ensuring that the solutions I offer are tailored to the unique needs and style of each client. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, my two energetic boxers, Honey and Apple, and juggling my 12-year-old daughter’s competitive dance schedule and busy social life (which often outpaces mine!). When I can carve out some downtime, you’ll find me with a good book in hand or relaxing with family.

I’m Erin Thomas, and I’m proud to serve as the Project Coordinator at Floor Coverings International® of Lost Mountain, GA. I bring with me a strong background in service, communication, and leadership—and a lifelong connection to our local community, which I’m grateful to call home.

Before joining Floor Coverings International, I spent over a decade serving the metro Atlanta area in a variety of roles that sharpened my ability to manage details and support people through important transitions. I dedicated 10 years to education, worked in the local court system, and later became a top-producing real estate agent—helping clients navigate meaningful decisions with care and professionalism.

I originally connected with Floor Coverings International as a customer and was so impressed with the experience that I knew I wanted to be part of the team. Today, I manage the full scope of our installation process—from product ordering and scheduling to daily customer updates and final walk-throughs—making sure every project runs smoothly and our clients feel informed and supported.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, our five amazing kids, and our dog. We enjoy being outdoors, exploring new places, and staying involved in our church community
