Floor Coverings International of East Cobb installed new carpet on our stairs that go to the basement. We're very pleased with our experience. Allie came out twice to help us pick out a carpet and to measure. Salvador did an amazing job given that there were two stair landings in different directions. The price was great.

I can't say better things about Sean and Ally. Our initial appointment was with Sean and he was very thorough through the whole process. He was also realistic with us about what would work for our floors in the basement and didn't try to upsell like other companies we had quote the project. Ally came by for a second appointment to select color and we worked with her from there. The process was easy and very turnkey. Scheduling was easy and her crews are great. I would absolutely recommend Ally to anyone getting their floors done!

Sean, the sales person was very professional and made several visits to our home providing numerous flooring samples from which to choose. If we didn’t decide, he’d bring more. He was very helpful with our selection. Once selection was made, Ally, the owner ordered the product which was back ordered but we were kept abreast of any updates relative to the product being delivered to their warehouse. Ally kept in touch and an install date was scheduled. On the date of the install, Ally was at our home three different times - before, during and after walk through at the end of the install. I cannot say enough about the work that was done. The installers were very courteous, knew what they had to do and performed their work in a timely manner. I would give the company and the entire team an A++. A great company with great people!!

From rocks to a completely new floor thru out the main floor. I could not be happier. I am so happy that Sean was our contractor. Everything went great and I could not be more happier !!! Thank so much for all you did for us.!!!!
