Great experience working with Greg, Toni and team. They took care of us each step of the way ensuring that we were informed of everything happening. When we removed our parapet, we found out that there would be some additional steps needed before paying down new floors. They gave us great recommendations and were sure that we had all the information we needed to make the right decisions. The floors came out great and we cannot be happier!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Greg Costello (owner) found the same flooring to match the existing and it looks so good. The process was easy, lots of communication and the installers were careful and quick. 10/10 experience, highly recommend. We’ve had bad flooring installations so we’re happy to recommend a source that will do it right.

Thea guys did a really good job! Communication was on point, their level of expertise was a huge help with making decisions, and the end result was a good one! We had them refinish the hardwoods on our entire main floor and replace carpet in four bedrooms. Both Eduardo’s carpet crew and Luis’ hardwood crew were very careful in our home. Both teams went out of their way to share unplanned obstacles and how we could address them as opposed to trying to do it the easy way for them and hoping it worked. That is rare in a contractor. Last, and very important part, I got 4 quotes. FCI was right in the middle. Thanks to Greg and team!

Greg and Luis are great guys to work with. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Their customer service is one of the best in the industry. Greg and Luis did everything in their power to satisfy our needs. They were working on a project that involved another contractor. The other contractor was subpar at best. The other contractor who is a painter kept messing up Luis’ work, but they endured the situation and continued on multiple occasions to satisfy their customer and repair the issues that were caused by the other contractor to their work. Greg was in a tough spot but did right by his customer. Without hesitation I highly recommend Greg and Luis. They are top notch!
