FCI are true professionals. From the time I first contacted them to the very end of our project, they treated my family and I with respect and a willingness to work through special requests, providing advice and paying attention to minute details. They provided samples so it was easy to find the prefect product. I requested no transition piece in the doorways between tile and new flooring to which they meticulously matched the tile for a smooth transition. Additionally, they had to accommodate a power and Ethernet outlet in the middle of our office. Workmanship was excellent, but it’s the people who we were working with that really mattered. I will definitely use them again for the next project.
