We recently had new carpet installed by Floor Coverings International, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and personalized. Our salesman, Mario, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He made the entire selection process easy and even enjoyable—offering great advice and ensuring we felt confident in our choice. The installation crew, led by Jenner, was equally impressive. Jenner and his team were punctual, courteous, and incredibly hard-working. They treated our home with care and respect, and their attention to detail was evident in the final result. The carpet looks beautiful and was installed flawlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the level of service we received. Huge thanks to Mario, Jenner, and the entire Floor Coverings International team for making this such a smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

Mario was our contact who patiently explained the process and viewing of the samples. The day of scheduled installation had an issue with the Van. Mario coordinated another installer who arrived later . Sam and Luis were amazing moving the furniture and installation went well. we had 15 family members for Father’s day who all approved the choice. Thank you

Carpet install was fine. The tile work was poor quality and they were unable or unwilling to fix it. Based on how they ghosted me and refused to fix the underlying issue, I would avoid them altogether.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International's Mario and his installers, Felipe and Alexander. Mario is extremely knowledgeable, honest, understanding, personable & responded quickly to all my inquiries. Even though it was a small job, he treated my project as special, worked within my budget & constantly communicated to insure my satisfaction. His installation crew were reliable, professional, friendly and highly skilled at their craft. I was impressed that Alexander was able to level ceramic tile to existing porcelain tile to make it flush. Looking forward to using them again.

Kent the owner of the company was very professional and explained everything to us in detail regarding the laminate flooring and carpet so we could understand. Wilson and his partner installed the laminate flooring and did an outstanding job. However the carpet crew had an attitude and did not clean the floors properly before putting down the pad and carpet.They did not have a vacume, said their vacume was broken could they borrow mine. Not very professional. However overall I would highly recommend Kent and his company to anyone wanting good quality product for a fair price.
