Workmanship was very good. But the lingering dust is a problem. HEPA vacuum was not used when door jambs had to be undercut or a floor piece had to be trimmed in place. The majority of the cutting was done outside but anything cut inside produced a lot of dust. The HVAC filters have already been replaced once but will need to be replaced again. The ultra fine dust is very hard to get rid of even after damp mopping all the floors.

I asked for Cushioned flooring. Cody is quite the salesperson. What I received does not feel like the sample I stood on. I am having another flooring company come out to assess the situation and see what can be done to make it functional for a Mobility Impaired person. Cody was absolutely gaslighting. He said this the sample thickness I stood on and approved. I had what feels like this product that doesn't feel cushioned under my right foot. I told Cody, "That wouldn't work at all"". Under my left foot was cushioned, not a lot but enough I could really feel the difference.. What was installed offered ZERO protection for falls. It doesn't feel cushioned at all. I asked multiple times if I could feel it before we installed it. According to Cody, though he said he has a warehouse, it wasn't possible. "There is only 1 roll in the Ciuntey he tells me". I paid for floor prep. Cody knew I was going to be in a wheelchair for a while and the goal was to have EVEN cushioned Floors. I put multiple Level measuring devices out . It is not level!!! Installer is VERY NICE, but will have to come back again for another follow up due to continued problem with bubble reformation. The Installer said, "It is impossible to get this floor level without self leveling floor topping". Cody told me, in writing, it was not necessary.
