The handiwork of their installation crew was just as impressive. The team was exceptional—true professionals with a sharp eye for detail. They worked efficiently, with precision, and left our space spotless. Their clean-up etiquette was top-tier, which we really appreciated. Even two years later, when we needed a repair on a few floor slats, Mark and Jenny didn’t hesitate. There was no upsell, no pressure—just quick, honest service. Their team came back and fixed everything in a snap. They might not be the cheapest option, but they aim to stay competitive, and the care, service, and quality they deliver is worth every penny.
