Erik is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We needed to replace some carpeting and he was incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Floor Coverings International. After the holidays, we will be contacting him to replace the flooring in the finished portion of our basement, as well as installing hardwood floors on the second floor of our house!

My neighbor has recommended Erik to re-stretch our carpet floor in the family and bedroom. He answered my call on Sunday after I have left him a voicemail, which was a pleasant surprise. He has been considerate to find an installer to do the job on Saturday of the same week. The installer was also quite nice and completed the carpet stretching and hiding the speaker cables along the way quickly. Although there has been some confusion about whether all the furniture need to be removed, and I have ended up moving almost all the small furniture myself, I think the price was fair, the work was done quickly, and we are happy with the results, which are more important. Overall I would recommend Floor Covering International.

We are very happy with the stair runner we got from Floor Coverings International. Erik came to our home at a time that was convenient for me. He brought a lot of samples and went over the different options in person as well as sending more information later on for us to review. Later after we made our decision and signed the contract, the installation was scheduled and only took about half a day. The whole process was easy and I highly recommend them.

Erik was extremely professional and considerate. We had damage due to a slow leak and called Erik for an estimate. He arrived promptly, explained the whole process to me as well as provided additional resources for the mitigation. After promptly providing a detailed estimate, he also followed up several occasions to ensure that my needs were met. Working with Erik gave me confidence that my home would be restored to its pre-damage state.
